5th Nominations for scoring in team competition:
Maximum 2 drivers in every class.
Remaining team drivers and individual drivers take points only in drivers competetition and they have no effect on Team score.

All Team Managers, please, realize you nominations for team scoring on plugin website. If you don't do that, team will acquire no team points. All nominations must be done at least 24 hours before start of current event. After that the nominations are closed and not available.

6th Reset of rally:
No more than 2 resets allowed in one rally with an explanation what happend.
No user - caused resets will be allowed. For example ICQ, Skype, return to Windows, technical problems with PC, steering wheel etc.

When Richard Burns Rally fall down, *.dmp file is created. Send this file on e-mail
tomiho@centrum.cz. No reset without dmp file will be allowed!!!
If connection breakdowns send replay from current stage on e-mail tomiho@centrum.cz.

7th Licences:
First 10 drivers in groups N4 and S1600 will obtain Licence A. If you don't want Licence A (which means racing in group WRC only), than send e-mail on m.bruder@seznam.cz. Licence A will be granted to a driver placed behind you.

Last 10 drivers in group WRC will lost their Licence A. Drivers, who don't engage first 5 rally events will lost their Licence A too.

9th Penalties:
IIf you are penalized wrongfully send replay from affected stage to tomiho@centrum.cz with a message subject RBREuro penalization (wrong subject = no
clearance of your request). If your driving is all right, penalization will be removed. If not, you will be informed why.

PS Describe where you were penalized (for example time), so as the comitee could work effective.

First 5 drivers in each class have to send two replays from current event becouse of setup and track cutting check. These replays has to be send in five days after the end of rally. These drivers will be contacted by a Personal Message, where the numbers of requested stages will be written. All drivers have to chceck their Personal Messages (Forum, plugin website, click on "Soukromé zprávy" = Personal messages). Drivers, who will not send requested replay, will be penalised by 10 minutes! Replays have to be sent on the plugin website. Some replay could be requested from any other driver!

Setup:
in group WRC for car Impreza WRC 06, Skoda Fabia WRC 2006 and in group N for all cars, setups will be checked. All values, which are not in extents of car's physics, will be penalised by disqualification. This means You can set any value which is possible to set just in game.

Group N - differencial torque, differencial maps, rollbar stiffness, spring legth

10th Gallery:
There will be a gallery created for every rally event. Every driver could insert pictures from current event by using his internet browser.
There is a limit of 3 pictures per rally event. Pictures are automaticly converted to the jpeg format.
Important: Be careful in chosing driver's name!!! Your name will appear on Eurorally cup website after you reach the end of rally.
Important: If any problems with gallery occured (scabrous - disrespectable images etc.) hole gallery will be deleted!!!
